My background in communication helps me find the right language for your company. My experience as a COO and former member of the management team helps me understand certain behaviors or decisions today. I greatly enjoy translating and transferring insights from science so that we can make our everyday work in the team more effective and sustainable.
My purpose is to create trust and energy for a positive development.
I recharge my energy through movement. Preferably in the mountains. Running, biking, skiing, snowboarding, and of course cross-country skiing make me happy and deeply grateful. I always find trust in a situation and in myself again in the (supposed) silence of the forest.
